As a super swamped busy business owner and mom, Alf couldn’t have made this car buying experience more stress free, a complete breeze and so very pleasant! This was the first time in my life I did not test drive and see the car in person before purchasing. That’s how trustworthy I was with Alf! I met Alf 4 months prior, curious of upgrading my current Audi. Then the unexpected happened and upgrading became a required and necessary decision. At this moment of perfect timing I was able to get a way better deal and term and Alf closed the deal in just 48hrs after my current car died on me. The trust I built in Alf was mainly off of his Character. He is truly a great, honest, high integrity and actually good morals kind of guy. If he didn’t know my answer he would honestly tell me that and then go find out. As a woman buying a car alone, I felt safe and protected, which is rare in purchasing a car. That typical shady, trying to get over type of salesman is what I was afraid of. Alf was true angel in getting me in a brand new set of reliable wheels! And did I mention it even came with plus 70k miles warranty. Then when that warranty is up I will be returning the Alf ready to upgrade again! This dealer does not disappoint, its been three times when i need my car fixed asap, first time it had a tire blow out, the other two times had to do with a check engine light. all three times i worked w when i need my car fixed asap, first time it had a tire blow out, the other two times had to do with a check engine light. all three times i worked with technician Carlos. First time i had the issue with my tire i brought it in to the dealer and shortly after I saw him bring it in through the glass panel they have in the lobby, even though he was already working on a different car he was able to replace both tires very quickly. they are always able to help me, i may have to wait a bit sometimes but that is how any dealer is.
