Very happy first time customer I came into Audi North Shore last week not really sure what I wanted in a car, I just knew I was looking for a new SUV. He was not only the best salesman I've ever dealt with but after checking my ID, it turns out we're actually neighbors. Steve took the time to show me all the options available and explain how everything works etc. In the end I ended up choosing the 2015 Audi Q5. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm glad I came in and would recommend anyone in the market for a new car stop in and check out Audi North Shore. Everything and everyone was exceptional. After years of driving a big family station wagon, I have "graduated" to a zippy little car that is quiet I just purchased an Audi A3 from Steve Pass. After years of driving a big family station wagon, I have "graduated" to a zippy little car that is quiet and unassuming on the outside but feels and looks like a sportscar on the inside - just what I wanted! Steve Pass was a pleasure to work with. He was a gentleman in all ways and very knowledgeable regarding Audis. Manager Ryan Montgomery also did a great job.
