Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++ More
Very bad buying experience, and horrible response time, would be very careful buying from this dealership. Never had a dealer not cover something that went bad after a few weeks. would be very careful buying from this dealership. Never had a dealer not cover something that went bad after a few weeks. More
Very Disappointing... Only weeks after purchasing a car from Audi North Shore Milwaukee. The engine began losing oil. There were no signs of leaks or oil spots anywhere. After notifying Au purchasing a car from Audi North Shore Milwaukee. The engine began losing oil. There were no signs of leaks or oil spots anywhere. After notifying Audi North Shore immediately and completing two full inspections. One inspection said it was a leaking valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and a cover seal gasket. After completing the second inspection and several quarts of oil later. It was determined to be a failed breather on the crank case and a category 2 valve cover leak. Two conflicting reports from two different certified Audi dealership technicians. I even paid for my scheduled oil change during all this. The cost of repairs are over 3K. Being disabled is rough enough!!! Just remember I reported this only weeks after buying their car and the best they will do is 15% off the cost of repairs. The breather on the crankcase obviously was compromised when they owned the vehicle and so was the category one valve cover leak that’s now a cat 2. Strange how the inspector failed to find the valve cover leak before selling it. But passed the vehicle as no oil leaks just one week before I bought it. Then they find it later. No help from AudiUSA either. I have all my records, receipts, and all their recommendations plus they will not provide me with two past owners records because they say it’s confidential even if I ask for them to block all of the previous owners information. Mean while as my engine burns oil out the exhaust I’m forced to cut corners to save for repairs. Buyer beware!!! More

On multiple occasions, the check engine light came on while pulling away from the dealership after the car was reported to be fixed by them. Each time, this led to more repairs needed and more cost with zero willingness to be accountable on their end for poor quality of repairs. This is without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I felt completely mislead and taken advantage of. Audi has lost a customer for life due to my experience with Audi North Shore. More
Disappointing Experience I stopped by Audi North Shore last Thursday at 7:10pm and was looking at cars on the lot. There were two Audi S6's that I was interested in but after I stopped by Audi North Shore last Thursday at 7:10pm and was looking at cars on the lot. There were two Audi S6's that I was interested in but after 20 minutes of standing outside while a showroom with several salespeople could not be bothered to approach me. Finally, at 7:35 I came to the door and met Paul, he was friendly but seemed totally disinterested in selling me a car and stated that we could go for a test drive but they close at 8pm and I would have to come back the next day to discuss. I emailed him that night saying that I would come in at 11am the following day. While I was there, he again was friendly, but I had to sit and wait while he made calls and dealt with an issue for another customer. We were working on a deal but they came back with an insulting $7,500 offer on my trade and after discussion, came up to $9,200 but made it a point to state to me that the offer was $700 more than they were getting from their wholesaler (this was a 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Reserve with 84k on the clock). Heiser Cadillac offered me $10,150 and I showed him their offer. Luckily for me, the power went out at the dealership and I had time to tinker on my phone because they also wanted close to $8,000 for a 4 Year / 48,000 mile warranty. I began thinking about just buying another Ford product. As I went on Heiser Automotive Group's website, I found a 2015 Ford Taurus SHO, fully loaded, one owner, garaged and never driven in the winter, 25,008 on the clock. The price was $23,500 and the offered me $10,950 for my Lincoln. Now I know what you're thinking, I paid sticker so there was more room for the trade, EXCEPT Heiser threw in all weather floor mats, window tint, and ceramic paint protection with the deal, oh and they filled the tank. I also paid $2,100 for a 5 year / 60,000 mile ESP. I know Audi's cost more to warranty, but give me a break, $8k is insane. In the end, I am glad I bought the SHO and it had everything I was looking for (power, comfort, twin-turbo, AWD, blind spot monitoring, Sony premium audio, 20" wheels, etc) and the whole process was fantastic. Sorry it would appear that Audi North Shore prejudged me the moment I came to the door but I have the money and credit to make a deal and wasn't trading in a beater. I will stay away from all IA dealerships, especially after my close friend's service experience at International Hyundai. More
