Brian McCauley was our sales associate. He was professional, calm and did not chase us up the street with a sign screaming about TrueCoat or some wild incentives that many automakers use to sell cars. Once we realized that these cars sell like hotcakes, Brian quickly and carefully had us in and out of the door with a wonderful deal on a new 2010 A4. Today I had a horrible experience with Audi dealership... mainly because of the salesperson. Just to clarify, I own 2 luxury competitive brands currently and do have some expectations. While test driving the car, I was informed to mind the speed. Upon asking, in a polite way, the response was again impolite " please watch the speed signs." While i was discussing the car details with my husband in our native language, we were interrupted quite a few times. Overall, I believe, his responses were curt. We recently purchased a new Audi A4 from Audi North Scottsdale and were very pleased with the entire purchase. We aren't from Arizona, however we found the car we were looking for through their website Scottsdale and were very pleased with the entire purchase. The transporter was great and even with a full load of other deliveries, he graciously took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the car before he was on his way. We really enjoyed our Audi buy experience. We were shopping for a A6 Avant and there were none to be found with in the state that we liked, they patiently let us test drive everything from a A4 wagon shopping for a A6 Avant and there were none to be found with in the state that we liked, they patiently let us test drive everything from a A4 wagon to a A6 sedan. That test drive is what encouraged us to go with a A6 quattro sedan instead of a Avant. They were informative, friendly and worked very hard to find the perfect car for us.
