My Experience was a pleasant as possible. He at no time 'hard-salesed' me. He was personal, friendly and honest. Throughout my time at the Dealership, we got to know each other, spoke of our families and lives, which all added to putting me at ease. Hardly any negotiation was required - they were very accomodating with the pricing. I arrived after work, 1 hour before their scheduled closing time. David, his Manager, the Finance Manager and their Porter kept the Dealership open over 2 hours late to accomodate our transaction. I drove in expecting to just look at the car, but ended up driving it home 3 hours later! Yes, I'm sure I could have gotten a *little* more for my trade in elsewhere, but what they offered me was right in my window of expectation and totally acceptable. I highly recommed Audi North Scottsdale to anyone. Don't be intimidated by the dealership experience. You won't be disappointed here. I purchased a pre-owned Audi certified vehicle. The overall experience was better than I ever had at other Dealerships when purchasing a new vehicle. More

Selection of vehicles ... excellent! Then we come to sales staff, in our case Brad Burnham. We have known Brad for years. We knew he would sell us a car, we just didn't know when. As it happened it was on our most recent visit to Audi Scottsdale. Brad exemplifies what a professional sales person should be like ... friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. His passion (for the Audi line) was evident from our first talk with him many years back. This passion for the automobiles along with his knowledge speaks volumes as to whom he is and of course makes one feel confident in the purchase of a car (or any automobile) from him. We have referred other friends to Brad and will certainly continue to do so in the future. He's an excellent salesperson, he's certainly an excellent spokesperson for the dealership and he's truly a genuine good friend. Yesterday I picked up a new Audi A6 3.0 Quattro from Brad Burnham. This wasn't your normal deal. I met Brad over a year earlier on a visit to AZ with my wife. Living in NM we visited the dealer in ABQ as well. At that point I called Brad to see if we could purchase from him, trading a BMW X5 in exchange for the Audi. I much preferred the chemistry with his understanding of cars and our interests than what I found closer to home. So after placing an order for the exact configuration, we then waited a few months, and then yesterday swapped vehicles at the state line. Over a breakfast burrito we talked about the new vehicle and then spent the appropriate time in the car, learning how to operate the extensive systems - wow! Brad was a pleasure to work with. He made the event fun. He quickly becomes invested in insuring you are completely satisfied with the transaction which went very smoothly. Easy dealer and agent to recommend. More

Was looking for an Certified A4 with specific packages. I found what I wanted at North Scottsdale Audi. I called and spoke with Jamie. He disclosed everything to me and was timely with his responses. The service I received helped calm my nerves of buying a one way plane ticket to Phoenix. Upon arrival, I was picked up and driven to the dealership where everything went as well as I had hoped. I was on the road in a little over an hour including test drive, paperwork and chit-chat time. All had a reasonable reputation for good engineering and service. Brad Burnham, our Audi sales consultant, patiently understood our tastes in driving and ownership on the very first day visit. He searched current inventory of brand new received 2011 models. Two days later, he had two cars prepared for our test drive and evaluation. The two cars he chose were a perfect match for our wishes, both well equipped, one with sport suspension and package added. While we had done some research on the models features, Brad gave us very clear and complete information on each car benefits as we drove. We were able to make a decision on the spot in favor of Audi, and chose the sport package model. While it is obvious that we liked the car, otherwise would not have bought it, it remains that Brad was totally instrumental in coming with exactly what we wanted in a nice no pressure friendly fashion. He REALLY made the sale. WE look forward to work with him and the Audi staff at the dealership for years to come. More
