I contacted the dealership via IM on their website. I live in GA and knew the exact car I wanted. I had to go to AZ to find it. Being available on-line was helpful. I originally found the car in Auto Trader which was also good. I looked at dealer inventories in 16 states and couldn't find this car. I'm convinced I got a great price. My sales person was friendly and attentive. He arranged shipping of my car. I only had one issue. After the Sales Manager accepted my offer, he withdrew. Someone was physically on the lot and making an offer at the same time. Though I was first, the folks in person took prioirity. As it turned out they couldn't get financing, and I was paying cash. The "policy" doesn't make sense to me. However, my experience with my sales person was great. The delivery process was also good. More

After a year and half of test drives, shopping the market, and negotiating prices, I am now the very proud and excited owner of my dream car, a brand new 2011 Q5. BRAD BURNHAM helped make this happen and certainly made my experience one that I will never forget. The chemistry and rapport I had with Brad was great. He was fun to be around, extremely patient, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy like most car salesman. He took the time to personalize the car buying experience, getting a feel for the type of person I am and sensing my wants and needs. He even had my favorite music on when I came back to take delivery of my Q5. It really showed he was willing to go the extra mile to make my experience fabulous!
