I have been an Audi owner for the past 8 years. I have never been disappointed with their service team. In fact, I have had the opportunity to have a different vehicle serviced by their competitor next do never been disappointed with their service team. BRAD BURNHAM helped make this happen and certainly made my experience one that I will never forget. The chemistry and rapport I had with Brad was great. He was fun to be around, extremely patient, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy like most car salesman. He took the time to personalize the car buying experience, getting a feel for the type of person I am and sensing my wants and needs. He even had my favorite music on when I came back to take delivery of my Q5. It really showed he was willing to go the extra mile to make my experience fabulous! Brad was aware that this purchase was a big deal to me as it is the first new car I have ever bought for myself and I truly feel that he shared my excitement. He also did everything in his power to help me get the best price possible so that I felt good about my purchase. He stayed late to answer all my questions and to make sure I was comfortable operating everything in the Q5. He also called the next day just to make sure I was loving it (which I was!). He went WAY above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I was 110% satisfied with my new car and I assure you I am! Brad is extremely pleasant to work with and he is truly the reason I bought from Audi North Scottsdale as opposed to anywhere else. I will absolutely be sending my family and friends to see him!
