I contacted the dealership via IM on their website. I live in GA and knew the exact car I wanted. I had to go to AZ to find it. Being available on-line was helpful. I originally found the car in Auto live in GA and knew the exact car I wanted. I had to go to AZ to find it. Being available on-line was helpful. I originally found the car in Auto Trader which was also good. I looked at dealer inventories in 16 states and couldn't find this car. I'm convinced I got a great price. My sales person was friendly and attentive. He arranged shipping of my car. I only had one issue. After the Sales Manager accepted my offer, he withdrew. Someone was physically on the lot and making an offer at the same time. Though I was first, the folks in person took prioirity. As it turned out they couldn't get financing, and I was paying cash. The "policy" doesn't make sense to me. However, my experience with my sales person was great. The delivery process was also good. More
