Just purchased my 2007 A4 and brought it to Dan for the 35,000 mile servicing. Even though Dan was swamped he still took the time to answer all of my questions. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Baca as my sales agent (3 times now) and Tara Price for financing. They both take time to listen to your concerns. Tara streamlined the financing process and made it quick and enjoyable. There have been times at other dealerships that when you get into finance, the upsell kills the entire "joy and thrill" of buying a new car. Tara will not "RUIN" your new car buying experience. I have had the pleasure of knowing the entire staff over my time at Audi, from Mark all the way to the valet. They are partly the reason that I just purchased another car from them 3 weeks ago --- my favorite of all that I have owned.
