I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Baca as my sales agent (3 times now) and Tara Price for financing. They both take time to listen to your concerns. Tara streamlined the financing process and made it quick and enjoyable. There have been times at other dealerships that when you get into finance, the upsell kills the entire "joy and thrill" of buying a new car. Tara will not "RUIN" your new car buying experience. I have had the pleasure of knowing the entire staff over my time at Audi, from Mark all the way to the valet. Had I gone through a local dealer, I probably would have placed a custom order and had wait months for the new car, but ANS had available the EXACT Q5 that I would have ordered - color, engine, and options. I was thrilled that I did not have to a) wait months for a custom order, or b) settle for something less than what I wanted.
