This was a good car purchasing experience . Drew Warner was patient and worked with me to purchase the car. My sales person hadn’t been responsive since I’ve purchased the vehicle so im not sure how to get the Audi connect without going back ??? There’s also features of the car I am unfamiliar with.-no one had explained . I’ve owned 4 BMW and always they have set up an appointment after purchase to go over the features. I was also expecting the floor mats that was in car I test drove -and when asked sales person dew he said he would get them for me (4) Tim’s I asked last time he said he’d call me when he could get them -it’s never going to happen!! Plus my sales sheet on the computer is completely a different price than I actually agreed to finance !!! I need someone to explain the $2,000 difference to me or and refund me /redo the contract!! More

My first notable comment is; In the last three Covid years I’ve witnessed many auto dealership showrooms & lots void of vehicles. Not the case at the N. Scottsdale Audi dealership. Showroom & lot were f years I’ve witnessed many auto dealership showrooms & lots void of vehicles. Not the case at the N. Scottsdale Audi dealership. Showroom & lot were filled with many models, SUV & sedans alike. I met Jeff Griffen shortly after arrival. Jeff was product knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
