Thus Mr. Burnham not only confirmed that the car was outstanding through a personal visual inspection but he offered to take additional photos, which he sent over to me almost immediately. There aren't too many dealerships that would have done that so quickly. Mr. Burnham & Tara Price, who was such a joy to work with, handled the financing details & got the car shipped to my front door very proficiently. And while there are so many instances where things aren't exactly as described, where photos don't represent the car accurately, I'm happy to report that the car not only matched Mr. Burnham's description but it was more outstanding that I could have expected, especially for the price paid! After that, David Silver kept us informed via email as the date of arrival of our ordered vehicle drew nearer, and when that day arrived our car and paperwork were ready. This was the smoothest, most efficient new car transaction we have ever experienced, and that covers about a dozen deals. This is our third Audi, our first purchased from Audi North Scottsdale. I have owned around 6 Audis before I purchased my 7th from Brian at Audi North Scottsdale. Even though I live in Scottsdale, I always ended up buying my cars from Audi Chandler. I finally met Brian and He assured me that the next Audi I bought would be from him and the experience would be perfect. It was! The North Scottsdale facility and selection is fantastic and everyone from the front desk, sales staff and managers to the parts people were very professional but also very down to earth and helpful. I have been converted to an Audi North Scottsdale guy! Brian my sales rep is however the main reason for me buying my car from them. I am a CAR guy and I really appreciated the fact that for once a salesperson knew more about their product then I did (rare first)! I was ultimately sold by Brian's passion for all things Audi/VW and anyone could tell that he wasn't just selling Audis for the sake of selling a car but because he was passionate about the brand!
