When we first met Davis I was a little concerned because he's only 22 years old. I thought, "great, we're stuck with the rookie." Haha. Boy was I wrong. Not only was Davis unbelievably honest and straightforward with us, he didn't play any games. He respected our time and intelligence and made our car buying experience the best we've ever had. By a mile. I cannot more highly reccomend anyone. This man restore my faith in the car buying process. A young hustler who also happens to be the best of the best. We'll be back to give him our future business. More

Totally unacceptable service and over-charges. The service team is totally dishonest. I have had not 1 but 2 bad experiences with them. The 1st time I caught Derrick the service rep. double charg The service team is totally dishonest. I have had not 1 but 2 bad experiences with them. The 1st time I caught Derrick the service rep. double charging me for labor and the cashier thought it was funny that I caught it. He had originally quoted me $350 and once my car was ready, the bill was over $500 much to my surprise. I confronted the issue and he removed the extra labor that was added. The next repair was that I needed a camshaft along with other items and was seen by Jason who quoted $4000 for just breaking down the engine and if the problem could not be fixed, I would need a new engine at over $14,000 plus pay the $4000 for breaking down the current engine. I picked up my car and took it to a different dealership for repair. Yes, the problem was the camshaft and sensor, however, it only cost $2700 to repair and I have my car and it is running so smooth it is unbelievable. Audi North Scottsdale shame on you and shame on Audi Corporate for knowing about this problem with their cars and refuses to assist with the repair! I will never refer anyone or return to your shop not even for a car wash! Uhmmm, I wonder if they get commission or bonuses based on services sales! More
