I am very sorry you feel the way you do. We do our very best to accommodate everyone and meet expectations. I understand you wanted to negotiate on this vehicle when you were in our store. My New Car Sales Manager was sharing with you the reconditioning we did on our car and was merely stating that we had invested more than we had our vehicle priced. We are very transparent with our customers. We offer copies of our reconditioning expenses and repair order, our inspection process, and the Carfax. We understand that there are times when a customer wants to negotiate and we may not be able to accommodate their requests. I believe your wife wanted to buy the car when she came back from her mechanic and it checked out. When your wife spoke with Aaron he was simply stating our price and that we would not sell our car for less based on our investment. You commented that you wanted her to leave so that you could come back and deal with Aaron. Had she purchased the car at that time she could have driven it home. My Used Car Manager does monitor the market and makes price adjustments occasionally based on market trends. He did make a price adjustment on this car and Stefano called you back once he realized this. We had three people interested in this vehicle. When Stefano called, he was not aware that a customer was already in our store buying this vehicle. As soon as he realized the car sold he immediately called you back while you were still in route to our store. I do understand this was very frustrating to you. We have eighteen sales people and there are times when we have multiple buyers on one car. Had you purchased the car the prior day when you were in you would have driven it home that day.
