Having done that, I realized that the majority of my car shopping experiences had left much to be desired. So one afternoon I headed north to Scottsdale where I spent some very good time working with Louis Martinez at Audi North Scottsdale. During our sales experience he was always the proper gentleman and exuded both professionalism and technical knowledge about the brand. In one year of car shopping I can't say that we had a better experience than the one my wife and I had with Louis. He is to be commended for his work and his professionalism. The dealership itself was clean and spotless, like walking into an operating room. Everyone we met there was friendly. These were people who went out of their way to see to the needs of the customer. Finally after a few more minutes we got some service!!!! Loved the 2010 S5 but decided not to patronize that dealership! So we went to Audi of North Scottsdale, we walked in & were greeted within seconds before the front door even closed!!! All the staff was courteous & professional!! We loved! They did have what we were looking for, but we will wait till they do!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! More
