We spent about an hour together going through the various features and customized them to my preferences. The deals on my new purchase and my trade were fair, and the process to buy the car was fast and efficient. I have owned several Audis over the years, and I return here because of sales people like Prem. Equally important to me, however, is the Service Department, which is first class. Great expeeience I drove out from Tucson after being less than impressed with our local Audi dealership. The experience was the opposite at Audi North Scottsdale and well worth the drive. Prem and Jessica treated us very well. They went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. I bought a used Q5 that had just been traded in and when they were finished with it, the car was near perfect. Everything about the transaction was fair, classy, accommodating and pleasant. I wish I knew who to thank in the service department because they did a great job repairing little imperfections before the car was delivered to me as well. More

I guess nobody wanted my business. After having stopped at Audi North Scottsdale to look at and most likely purchase a vehicle, we left after 20 minutes because NOBODY approached us as After having stopped at Audi North Scottsdale to look at and most likely purchase a vehicle, we left after 20 minutes because NOBODY approached us as we were looking at specific vehicles on the lot that we found on line. Had questions and was standing in the middle of the lot looking around for someone but nobody came out. Nobody said "hi" or "welcome to Audi North Scottsdale." There were plenty of sales people when we turned into the lot, but then they all seemed to disappear. I guess i did not radiate a Scottsdale bankroll or look like a serious buyer. Wife and i left went to LeSueur Car Company. Excellent selection. Our sales person was very friendly and personable. Got in and out fast. Very satisfied with transaction and vehicle. Highly recommending to friends and future car purchases. More
