He was very professional, yet easygoing at the same time, which made him an absolute pleasure to work with. What really made him stand out was that Stefano was very kind and patient with us, as we had our three children along with us at the dealership. He met us all with cold bottled waters and included the whole family in our discussion of which car would work best for us and which features were important to us. He even gifted our children with an Audi stuffed animals when we picked up the Q7! His communication was prompt and clear and he was very fair during our negotiations. Jason Brown our service rep has always been accommodating to our needs, as we drive 3 hours to have our car serviced at Audi. There is always a loaner for us and Jason is good at keeping us informed of everything being done to our car. Our A4 now has 130,000 plus miles on it and the team at Audi North Scottsdale have kept it running like brand new. We love our A4 and it’s dependability.
