We were really excited to find my car at car gurus for we know this was such a great deal and Nelson Alvarez made it easy for us to acquire the car. I find Audi dealership on Scottsdale North to be a first class business. They are honest about what I do and don’t need! I never feel they suggest something I don’t need. Great dealership! Very responsive for calls and extremely accommodating once there. My service rep, Matthew Kirwan, was very thorough and kind. I opted to stay in the dealer during my oil change / checkup, a accommodating once there. My service rep, Matthew Kirwan, was very thorough and kind. I opted to stay in the dealer during my oil change / checkup, and it was extremely clean and a great place to get work done in the meantime. Although it took longer than I'd expected, the service and accompanying wash were of great quality, and the service rep was very transparent and helpful about it all. Definitely recommend going here for your Audi needs! More

I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nel I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in! More
