My wife picked up a loaner as her car needed some warranty work (technically she was out of warranty by 500 miles, but Audi N Scottsdale covered it 100%). She made one stop at a busy Costco on her wa warranty work (technically she was out of warranty by 500 miles, but Audi N Scottsdale covered it 100%). She made one stop at a busy Costco on her way home, and when she arrived home we noticed a sizeable dent in the passenger door, rather obvious to anyone. She notified the service writer (Jason, I think) when she returned the car, and gave them our credit info as the door most likely would need repainting. When she got a phone call from the dealer a few hours later, the service writer said he pulled up the security footage and the damage was clearly visible when she picked the car up, so we were off the hook. Of course they could have really hosed us, as she assumed the damage was done at Costco. This is how you build brand, and dealer loyalty, doing the right thing by your customers. Bravo to you guys and gals. More
