Cory said the work would take between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours, and I might want to go upstairs where it is quiet. Went to dealer to have Component Protection removed from A/C control unit. They were able to do fairly quickly. Was disappointed with the cost, since this was a software related issue, but the service manag A/C control unit. They were able to do fairly quickly.
