I arrived at the service drive at 0740, and by the time I gave my keys to the valet, Cory Oliver had arrived and welcomed me to the dealership. Cory offered me a rental car while the work was being performed, but I said that I would wait and read a book that I had brought with me. Cory said the work would take between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours, and I might want to go upstairs where it is quiet. Two and 1/2 hours later Cory came upstairs to tell me that the work was completed, and the car was over at the wash rack. He said to come down in 10 minutes, and I would be on my way. Went to dealer to have Component Protection removed from A/C control unit. They were able to do fairly quickly. Was disappointed with the cost, since this was a software related issue, but the service manag A/C control unit. They were able to do fairly quickly.
