A DISHONORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR A DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN AND LOVED ONE. Recently, my fiancee Tholin a disabled combat veteran & I, Santanna Torres, desperately purchased a vehicle at this dealership wit AND LOVED ONE. Recently, my fiancee Tholin a disabled combat veteran & I, Santanna Torres, desperately purchased a vehicle at this dealership with the "help" of our deceitful sales rep, Alan Saldana (who lacked integrity and cunningly took full advantage of our desperate situation). Our experience with this Audi North Scottsdale team triggered us of the traumatic last time we were told lies about a vehicle getting fixed, us along with two kids, almost lost our lives. Alan greeted us with smiles/acted so friendly & promised that issues with the car would be fixed and we would get a loaner vehicle while being worked on, but they never followed through as soon as we signed the paperwork. Our sales rep. informed us that the vehicle would be done the next day, which it was not, and was then told it would be done the following day in the morning, which it was still not ready. So, we waited until later that day to finally get a response that the vehicle was finally ready. He told us the day of pick up the car was ready and everything was taken care of, but he left like a coward when he knew we were on our way so he wouldn't face us to find out he lied; we then found out the liftgate does not work. We asked to talk with the GM the day we made the deal, but his manager Nelson Alvarez told us, "he is too busy, that is why I'm here." Nelson even went out of his way to find my fiance, to gloat in his face, and interrupt his phone call with his sick mother, talking her through health complications. Once the deal was done, they treated us like trash and told us we had to fix everything on our own. Penske Auto Group (which this sales team brags about being a member) claims integrity is the core value of their business, but that seems to be what this Audi North Scottsdale dealership lacks the most. From the bottom, all the way up is a representation of the company as a whole who was involved with our sales and knew what was going on. Still, all did nothing (Alan Saldana, Nelson Alvarez, Debby Lloyd, Kari Paulson, and the finance guy at the end). We have done our part of the deal by purchasing the vehicle, and all we ask is that they have some integrity and keep theirs (repairs and loaner vehicle so I can go to work and my fiance attends his VA medical appointments & volunteer). GM Chris Powell continues to ignore our emails for a direct answer or to provide us with contact information for his higher-ups to get one and resolve this issue. We have evidence of all we say and will be persistent until our issue is resolved. We have made reports with the Better Business Bureau (which this dealership, Audi North Scottsdale, has an F rating) and were advised to make reports with other organizations so there is a viable solution to never happen to others. "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." -MLK *If you see this, the issue has still not been resolved. Will only remove after the issue is resolved* More
