All the staff is very friendly when I come in to have my car serviced. Anthony & Jason are the "best" and they don't mind if I bring my "puppy" in also. My wife and I purchased an Audi A4 quattro from Audi NS. After finding what we thought was the perfect fit for us, we went in and talked #'s, he asked what my # was and I told him, he said "okay, let me see if it works" and after a short period of time, came back and we worked a # that was satisfying to us and to Audi. My first # was ridiculous but they matched me on my 2nd ridiculous #, so we left with a great car for a great price and no high pressure sales or aftermarket add on pushes. The whole experience was quick and painless and enjoyable. If you ask me if I'd ever buy an Audi from Audi NS and Dave Silver, I'd say I'd buy from them even if I was out of state, it was that good of an experience. The location was nice, the dealership super clean, new car sales was friendly, service was cordial and had a small chat after David introduced me to the head of service department. I had been to Chandler Audi (both owned by Penske) the days before and they were great too but I felt Audi NS was less pushy and more flexible. Also, David had many years in new car sales and that experience really made Audi NS stand out over Audi Chandler. Thanks again David and Audi NS and will see u again when i upgrade to the A6.
