I was in the process of backing out of a "less than fully satisfactory" purchase of a used car from another deal especially David Silver in sales. I was in the process of backing out of a "less than fully satisfactory" purchase of a used car from another dealer. Because David Silver at Audi of North Scottsdale had been helpful on an earlier visit, I stopped by to see if he might now have a closer match to a used car optioned to meet my needs. I was pleased. Despite his only having been with Audi for less than six months, his knowledge of the options and equipment levels was quick and complete. Here is the EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS part: He was able to sell me a brand new "leftover" 2009 for the price of my freshly cancelled 12,000 mile used car! And - he found a way to bridge my waiting for a refund check from the used car dealer. And - he facilitated my trade in that had broken down on my way back to Audi of North Scottsdale. And - I drove out in the new car in less than two hours, despite all of the complications that I brought to the deal. The often stressful process of buying a car simply doesn't get any better than this! More
