I have been bring my Audis' to Audi North Scottsdale for over 5 years and have always received VIP treatment. Jason Brown, my Service Adviser, is excellent and I know my car will be perfect. Jason always has a loaner car ready for me and that is terrific since I live 2 1/2 hrs. north of Scottsdale. My car is always ready on time and spotless. The Store and all the employees are great. I do think they should go back to the Audi Polo shirts and get rid of the ties and white shirts. It tends to make them look less friendly! The Audi sports wear is a great way to show off the Audi merchandise that Audi fans can purchase in their store or online. Keep up the great customer service!!! More

This Dealership is a top notch facility in both appearance and presentation. We met Brad Burnham and learned a wealth of information on the new Audi Q5 that we became instantly interested in. We took the car on test drives two separate times as we wanted to be sure and Brad was more than accommodating on those drives answering all our questions and concerns without the typical salesman pressure or tactics, this got my attention and earned my respect. After dealing some with Brad we ordered the new Audi. As we live in Washington state we were kept updated on the delivery date and other info via email with Brad. All documents were handled FedEx and when it came time for delivery we flew back to Arizona and met again with Brad (on his day off no less) and he took alot of time to explain all the features of the Q5. We are very happy with our choice in this dealership and its vehicles. Brad will be our first call for our next vehicle. More
