Jaime was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I was in the market for a new vehicle to replace my car that was totalled. I was ibtereseted in the new Audi A3. I communicated with Brian McCauley several times including taking a test drive. I realised that an A3 was probably not right for me, so I looked at the new A4's. with Brian McCauley several times including taking a test drive. At no point did Brian push me toward any particular decision, but he did provide excellent information regarding any decision I could make. I did choose an A4 with quattro and am very happy with my decision. The finance people did not lean on me to buy anything I did not want. In fact when I did purchase some all weather mats, the person in Parts went out to my car and helped install them. I will do business with Audi of North Scottsdale again, when I replace my wife's car in a couple of years. I will find Brian and will do business with him again. I am enjoying my car. More

I was in the market for a new car so I started communicating with Brian online to get some information. I found him responsive, informative, and honest. I spoke with him in person several times and never felt pressured to make a decision, yet was given as much information about options as possible. I test drove several cars and decided on a new A4. I feel that Brian got me a very good deal and I am very pleased with the decision. The service department added tinting and did a good job in all aspects of the work. The parts department sold me some accesories and even helped put them in the car. I intend to buy my wife a new Q5 in a couple of years and will look to Brian and Audi of North Scottsdale when I do. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. More

I bought my 2008 TT online because my local dealer didn't have anything on the lot. I was scared at first to buy a pre-owned vehicle sight unseen, but it worked out very well. I spent about 1 week working with Sales to get the correct car (style, color, interior). When I decided on a car everything was done (negotiating, scheduling) via e-mail. Then I arrived at the dealership it was painless to close the deal. No pressure to buy added warranty or anything extra. I did purchase all weather mats and the parts people even helped pop them in the car. Service department seems pretty reliable. I would buy from them again, in fact I plan to purchase my wife a new car in about two years and it will likely be bought there and from Brian McCauley. More

I went in last May just to look at the new Audi Q5 and was met by Debby. To keep it short, I left with a new Q5. Never even made it to the competitors to look at other products. I found the car on eBay. When I called, they told me without hesitation what the reserve was and set up an appointment. When I arrived, the car was in front of the dealership clean and ready to be drive without hesitation what the reserve was and set up an appointment.
