We visited this dealer to learn about Audi's. Jaime met us & started showing us the different models. He was a very different car sales person - helpful, honest, kind, considerate, knowledgeable,unpretent us & started showing us the different models. The entire process was much more pleasant than other car buying experiences in the past. During this car hunt, we've walked out of 2 dealers because of their attitude. In general, I dread the car buying process. Yesterday, this dealership changed our opinion of what a car buying experience has to be! More

Shopping for a car is not my idea of a good time. When my husband and I went to look at Audis we were greeted immediately by Jaime Ossa. He was professional, personable and very courteous. Wow. What a great dealership experience! Just purchased one of the last remaining 2009 Audi A4s from Audi of North Scottsdale. Brian (6 years w/ Audi) was just the right fit for us as a salesman, no nonsen one of the last remaining 2009 Audi A4s from Audi of North Scottsdale. Brian (6 years w/ Audi) was just the right fit for us as a salesman, no nonsense, no games. He helped us find the right vehicle, answered our questions and helped find a win/win price (even if my wife says "WE" won). Great selection of inventory on hand vs the other Phoenix Audi dealership. The process from numbers to delivery was as fast as we've ever seen. We particularly liked the opt-in approach by the finance manager for all the optional items. He showed us all of the add-ons (tinting, maintenance, extended warranty, etc) and asked if there were any we wished to add on. This is a nice contrast vs our 2002 Acura TL purchase where all the boxes were checked when we walked in and we had to argue each one off the contract. In the end, we probably ended up doing more business as a result. From the front receptionist to the service department, everyone was pleasant and professional. If the car is as consistent as the staff, we're in for a good future as first time Audi customers. Thank you. More

This is my second high performance Audi in 10 years. As an aggressive driver, the demands on my vehicles are above normal and the Audi brand has performed wonderfully. My car shopping experience lasted 2-3 months and was about as pleasant as a root canal on a ferris wheel... that is until I came across Debby Lloyd at Audi North Scottsdale. I was upside down -to say the least- in my last vehicle and was searching for a way to get back to level ground. I had hoped to stay with the Audi brand but was beginning to search dealerships all over Phoenix for anything that would simply "work for me". Yes, I was prepared to 'settle'. I found that most car salespeople don't return calls or pursue your business once you mention "inequity" or an "inequitable position". I cold-called Debby off an internet lead and quickly found that she didn't give two craps about "inequity" or the thought of putting a little extra time into crunching some numbers to find me the right car. Within 48 hours I had happily purchased a 2007 A4 with plenty of warranty and a great price. If only I had crossed paths with Debby a few months back... dang. The funny thing is, given my tough situation and absolute thirst for a salesperson willing to help me, I find myself a "Raving Fan" of Debby Lloyd and Audi North Scottsdale. I've even taken the time to walk over to my neighbors house (who happen to be interested in an Audi) to ask that they call me when they're ready to test drive one and I'll happily put them in contact with Debby.
