We live in San Diego and drove to Scottsdale for my daughters Lacrosse Tournament. We did not plan on buying a new car but stopped by Audi North Scottsdale to test drive a Q5. We were greated by Brad Burnham and new right away we were in good hands. His easy going no pressure attitude immediately put us at ease and within a few minutes we were driving the vehical. The furthest thing on our mind was that we would actually buy a car in Arizona thinking that we would head back to San Diego in our Mercedes and buy one there. The more time we spent with Brad the more comfortable we became and sure enough he put a great deal in front of us and even offered to personally deliver the car to us in San Diego if we would cover his return airfare. Within no time we had a deal hammered out and made arrangements to turn in our Mercedes at the dealership next door and drive home in our new Audi Q5. In my 30 years of buying cars I have never had a better experience than I had with Brad Burnham and Audi North Scottsdale. They were upfront honest and a pleasure to do business with. I will definately return in 3 years when my lease is up and ask for Brad again. More

We purchased a pre-owned 2007 A4. Given the low mileage and condition of the car, the pricing was very reasonable. Having not dealt with this dealer before, we were pleasantly surprised at the salesperson's professional, diligent and "no pressure" approach. We had specific requests and scheduling restrictions during the sales process, to which the salesperson and dealership were very responsive. Service and delivery of the vehicle was top-notch. They clearly took pride in delivering the car in excellent condition. We researched multiple financing options, and the financing offered by the dealership was competitive with the lower rates we found (not the lowest rate, but darn close). We decided to go with the dealer's financing, in part because of the rate, but also because of their ability to simplify the process and get us out the door quickly and conveniently with all papers documented. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealership to any of our friends. More
