This is a TOP NOTCH dealer that is in an elite category of excellent integrity and service. I looked for several months for a specific used car with options not normally ordered on the car by most buy of excellent integrity and service. I looked for several months for a specific used car with options not normally ordered on the car by most buyers. I found and bought a used 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible that they had listed on ebay. While I have bought several cars on ebay, these guys were the best of the best. Brian and the staff answered all my questions, walked me through the Arizona title regulations (very different from Texas) and set up shipping the car back to San Antonio for a very reaonable fee. The car was exactly as promised, the price was very fair, and everyone (including the finance office) worked to make everything as smooth as possible. If I were buying another car, and saw two cars on ebay that met my needs, and Audi North Scotsdale was one of the two sellers, I would automatically buy from them again over someone I didn't know, based on my very positive experience. We’ve always cringed and dreaded the task of purchasing a new car. The haggling, the hours of negotiating, etc. made for a very long day. The whole process took about ½ the normal time or at least what I was accustomed to and there was no “strong arming” from anyone including finance. By the time we showed up, he had everything in order and we went right through finance. Jaime was fantastic to work with - definitely a change from the typical car salesman!! Audi North Scottsdale had an excellent and friendly sales team that was more than willing to work with me, despite the fact that at my age I may not have seemed like a serious buyer (I am only 22).
