We’ve always cringed and dreaded the task of purchasing a new car. The haggling, the hours of negotiating, etc. made for a very long day. The whole process took about ½ the normal time or at least what I was accustomed to and there was no “strong arming” from anyone including finance. This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. There was no haggling and no pressure. With the heat and a young baby in tow, we had no desire to spend lots of time at a dealership. By the time we showed up, he had everything in order and we went right through finance. Jaime was fantastic to work with - definitely a change from the typical car salesman!! Audi North Scottsdale had an excellent and friendly sales team that was more than willing to work with me, despite the fact that at my age I may not have seemed like a serious buyer (I am only 22). Maybe 7 stars. He listened so well and when I came to the conclusion that I adore my '07 6-speed manual Brad brought the deal in at a monthly payment quite below what I was anticipating. He also did not hesitate to recommend the extra expense of pre-certification because he really took the time and interest to understand me and what would be best for me as a person. The extra care and attention I felt I received from Brad, and Tyler Secrest in the Service Department, give me an enviable level of confidence that I made the exact right decision and got the very best deal for me as a single woman and a true Audi lover. My car was sparkling and felt "new" after the 300 point check.
