Audi North Scottsdale

We recently purchased a new Audi A4 from Audi North Scottsdale and were very pleased with the entire purchase. We aren't from Arizona, however we found the car we were looking for through their website Scottsdale and were very pleased with the entire purchase. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us to figure out all the current offerings and what was best for us. With the kind help of Debby, we decided to buy the car, sight unseen and a state away, trusting that we were in good hands. Everything was taken care of expeditiously and professionally to the last detail. The transporter was great and even with a full load of other deliveries, he graciously took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the car before he was on his way. Overall it was a great purchase and experience. We are truly enjoying the car and if there is one complaint about the process, its that we couldn't meet Debby and the rest of their staff in person. We really enjoyed our Audi buy experience. We were shopping for a A6 Avant and there were none to be found with in the state that we liked, they patiently let us test drive everything from a A4 wagon shopping for a A6 Avant and there were none to be found with in the state that we liked, they patiently let us test drive everything from a A4 wagon to a A6 sedan. That test drive is what encouraged us to go with a A6 quattro sedan instead of a Avant. They were informative, friendly and worked very hard to find the perfect car for us. Jaime was absolutely wonderful. I being a woman and having never driven an Audi or a luxury vehicle was very nervous with my purchase. Jaime had told me about the sport pkg on the A5 having summer tires, and I think we both forgot about that on the TT. The next morning, I called Jaime very upset and he calmed me down saying we could choose another car. I ended up going with the first car I looked at and drove and loved, but didn't feel I could push the extra cost...The 2011 A5 Cabriolet - white on beige with a brown roof...It is absolutely gorgeous and loaded with options - driving back and forth to Canada with this car will be a joy! Thanks again to Jaime and staff - I now will go through the mid-life crisis in Style! More
