This is a TOP NOTCH dealer that is in an elite category of excellent integrity and service. I looked for several months for a specific used car with options not normally ordered on the car by most buy of excellent integrity and service. I looked for several months for a specific used car with options not normally ordered on the car by most buyers. I found and bought a used 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible that they had listed on ebay. While I have bought several cars on ebay, these guys were the best of the best. Brian and the staff answered all my questions, walked me through the Arizona title regulations (very different from Texas) and set up shipping the car back to San Antonio for a very reaonable fee. The car was exactly as promised, the price was very fair, and everyone (including the finance office) worked to make everything as smooth as possible. If I were buying another car, and saw two cars on ebay that met my needs, and Audi North Scotsdale was one of the two sellers, I would automatically buy from them again over someone I didn't know, based on my very positive experience. Scottsdale Audi was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. The sales department and in particular Brain were very knowledgeable, polite and patient. The whole process took about ½ the normal time or at least what I was accustomed to and there was no “strong arming” from anyone including finance. We test drove the car, called back a couple of days later, and Jaime had the numbers worked and the deal closed over the phone. By the time we showed up, he had everything in order and we went right through finance. Jaime was fantastic to work with - definitely a change from the typical car salesman!!
