As an out of state customer, I was a little worried about the process of buying and shipping a car, aprticularly since it wa were great to work with. She responded quickly to my email request and when my husband and I first visited, we purposely allotted a little time to look at and ask questions. Debby was easy to speak with and patient with both of us. We told her that we were looking at other cars and she was quick witted and worked very well with my husband and me. She gave us several ways to get in touch with her and let us know her schedule. We came back and bought a car from her. She spent almost an hour with me ~ talking me through and I plan to schedule additional time to learn more. He was professional, calm and did not chase us up the street with a sign screaming about TrueCoat or some wild incentives that many automakers use to sell cars. Today I had a horrible experience with Audi dealership... mainly because of the salesperson. Just to clarify, I own 2 luxury competitive brands currently and do have some expectations. While test driving the car, I was informed to mind the speed. Upon asking, in a polite way, the response was again impolite " please watch the speed signs." While i was discussing the car details with my husband in our native language, we were interrupted quite a few times. Overall, I believe, his responses were curt. I would have expected better from the Audi Salesperson. BTW, loved the car... More
