Great experience. I was very reluctant to walk into a dealership and deal with a "pushy" salesman. This was NOT the case at Audi North Scottsdale. I had a great experience at Audi North Scottsdale. Even though I didn't buy an Audi, I had been shopping for a Toyota Prius for some time and they had a used Prius advertised. Right when I arrived and I s though I didn't buy an Audi, I had been shopping for a Toyota Prius for some time and they had a used Prius advertised. Right when I arrived and I saw that the car was actually there, and that the sales price matched the internet advertised price, I knew that I was dealing with honest people-- a welcome sight after shopping for two months, putting up with dealerships full of scams and liars. Everyone at Audi North Scottsdale was very friendly and courteous. Negotiations went quickly and smoothly. I was surprised that their customer service was so exceptional considering that I was buying a very cheap car by their standards. Overall, I was very happy; I got a great car for a great price. My husband says his next car will be an Audi. More

I had the opportunity to compare North Scottsdale Audi to the other Phx area Audi dealer and found them superior in every sense. He was helpful, courteous, knowledgable and completely honest!..We visited the dealership two days later only to find Bill was helping other clients and referred us to Brian for assistance. Brian introduced us to the car, took us for a most helpful demo run, both helping and assuring us we were making the right decision on the Q5. Details of the CSP, tradein value,. ect were handled professionally with no surprises. It was a very pleasant experience and we have had no reason to feel otherwise in the 30 days since purchase. As a former GM for a Chevy store and former owner of multi RV dealerships for 15 years I can be a "tough" customer but the manner in which my wife and I were treated brought out any of the darker memories of the old days. It was a pleasure dealing with Brad Burnham. We went to the dealership a few time's before we bought and Brad could answer any question's we had.
