Jaime was absolutely wonderful. I being a woman and having never driven an Audi or a luxury vehicle was very nervous with my purchase. Jaime had told me about the sport pkg on the A5 having summer tires, and I think we both forgot about that on the TT. The next morning, I called Jaime very upset and he calmed me down saying we could choose another car. I ended up going with the first car I looked at and drove and loved, but didn't feel I could push the extra cost...The 2011 A5 Cabriolet - white on beige with a brown roof...It is absolutely gorgeous and loaded with options - driving back and forth to Canada with this car will be a joy! Thanks again to Jaime and staff - I now will go through the mid-life crisis in Style! More

I had a great experience at Audi North Scottsdale. Even though I didn't buy an Audi, I had been shopping for a Toyota Prius for some time and they had a used Prius advertised. Right when I arrived and I saw that the car was actually there, and that the sales price matched the internet advertised price, I knew that I was dealing with honest people-- a welcome sight after shopping for two months, putting up with dealerships full of scams and liars. Everyone at Audi North Scottsdale was very friendly and courteous. Negotiations went quickly and smoothly. I was surprised that their customer service was so exceptional considering that I was buying a very cheap car by their standards. Overall, I was very happy; I got a great car for a great price. My husband says his next car will be an Audi. More

I had the opportunity to compare North Scottsdale Audi to the other Phx area Audi dealer and found them superior in every sense. He was helpful, courteous, knowledgable and completely honest!..We visited the dealership two days later only to find Bill was helping other clients and referred us to Brian for assistance. Brian introduced us to the car, took us for a most helpful demo run, both helping and assuring us we were making the right decision on the Q5. Details of the CSP, tradein value,. ect were handled professionally with no surprises. It was a very pleasant experience and we have had no reason to feel otherwise in the 30 days since purchase. As a former GM for a Chevy store and former owner of multi RV dealerships for 15 years I can be a "tough" customer but the manner in which my wife and I were treated brought out any of the darker memories of the old days. I went to Audi North Scottsdale after having a negative experience with Audi Chandler. Brian was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of his products. They were willing to negotiate to a mutuall experience with Audi Chandler. Brian was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of his products. They were willing to negotiate to a mutually fair purchase price on an S5 that Audi Chandler stood firm to the MSRP. The S5 was produced and arrived much earlier than expected, but Brian and the dealership re-negotiated the transaction to make the situation right. I would highly recommend Audi North Scottsdale. More
