I purchased a 2025 Audi Q7 in July 2024 and offered incentives totaling $7000 yet when completing the purchase paperwork with Manual Garfias, these incentives were reduced to $4500 and does not inform incentives totaling $7000 yet when completing the purchase paperwork with Manual Garfias, these incentives were reduced to $4500 and does not inform me. Mr. Garfias requests to email the paperwork at the time of purchase and it takes him 1 full week to email them. When I receive the paperwork, I asked Mr. Garfias why my incentive was reduced. He proceeds to claim this was fully disclosed at the time of purchase, yet when I state it was not the manager suggests to review the video of the transaction. When I am told the video is UNAVAILABLE, I request to speak to the GM, Todd Vagi. Mr. Vagi does not acknowledge Mr. Garfias deceitfulness but simply gives me the option (if I want the full $7000) to refinance my vehicle with a local credit union at a higher APR costing me an additional $2100. This offer was not only insulting but unappealing! While I love my Audi Q7, I will NEVER give Audi North Park any future business and will strive to post this review on all platforms available to inform any future buyers to beware of this dealerships deceitful practices! Can’t say enough bad things about our experience. They’re very friendly and accommodating throughout the purchase phase but that honeymoon doesn’t last. About 7 months after we purchased our A6, it needed an oil change. Took it in and had it changed but afterwards, the car wouldn’t start. 4 months later we had no diagnosis as to what was wrong, no ETA as to when it would be fixed, and the only communication we would get from our service rep was a bi-weekly text that said “no new news about your car”. At this point, we asked them to buy the car back and we’re told they don’t do that. Enter our lawyers and another 4 months later, we finally sign the paperwork to have them buy the car back. Our service rep was incompetent, the service manager was rude, never returned any of our calls and never answered our questions, just handed out excuse after excuse. I tried to speak with the GM but he was too busy to talk with me. I was given his assistant to speak to and was told she would be speaking with him right away when he got back from lunch. Just like the rest of his employees, I never got a call back. I’m still flabbergasted that a company can operate the way they do and stay in business. Not only will I never own another Audi, I’ll never purchase a vehicle from any North Park dealership. More
My experience, 2.6 years worth, is that they say what you want to hear but don’t follow through. There is ZERO service after the sale. I called corporate to tell of multiple bad experiences and when the local GM caught wind of it, his choice was to call me, yell and ridicule me, the customer. Run away, as fast as you can. More
