Extremely Poor service and communication and customer care Car bought less than 2 years ago - has had multiple recurrent issues Service advisor completely unhelpful Left car 4 days ago - did not get care Car bought less than 2 years ago - has had multiple recurrent issues Service advisor completely unhelpful Left car 4 days ago - did not get a loaner ( for that appointment wait is 1-3 weeks) was told it'd be fixed in 1-2 days. No call from service advisor. Kept calling on third day - was told he was busy but at the end of day I was told he is not working and he would call back ASAP in AM. No call received. Called on fourth day - was told no loaner available and car would be ready by the end of the day meaning 659 PM ( they close at 7 PM) Will not advise anyone to buy any vehicle from them or expect any good customer care from them. And I have been their priority customer since 2012. ( Had Audi S4 and now A5) More
