Frank directed me to apply for Audi credit from home and furnish him with photo text's of our trade-in and licenses so that when we picked up the car the next day we wouldn't be waiting to complete a ton of forms . Frank went over all the features with me , all went Great except Frank wouldn't give me an R8 if I ever needed a loaner. The Q5 is a fantastic machine . They have provided exceptional service in both their sales and after-sales service departments. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in less than a 2 year period. Each time they have been a pleasure to deal with. Frank has been wonderful and highly knowledgeable in the sales role, and Michael has been awesome in the service dept. This dealership offers great pricing right upfront without the need to haggle. As an example, I walked in to the store one afternoon with an expected price I wanted on a car. I told them the price I wanted, and they actually counter-offered me an even better price. That's honesty and integrity in my book. And when it came time to bring the car in for service, they have been equally great. The guys in the service department remembered me, know me, and know my car. They are real car enthusiasts and they were very mindful of some of my car-care specific requests. I literally feel like they love my car as much as I do, and will take utmost care with it. My only regret is that I am moving away from the Orlando area soon and I am worried that Audi North Orlando has set such high expectations for me that the local dealer in my new home state will be a disappointment. I might have to drive the 5 hours to Orlando just for services with Audi North Orlando. They're certainly worth it. More

After detailing (including hand wax!) they put it in the showroom to keep it perfect until we picked it up. We arrived to a big red bow on it. We talked Audi, Audi club, APR performance and lowering it. It was a great day with no surprises--the deal was exactly what we agreed to. Thanks to the two Shawns, Barbara, Brendon and Jay!
