I can't emphasize enough that if you want a pleasant non hyper pushy sales experience that the people at the holler group and especially classic Audi are great. No tricks, no markups, no hidden fee. Only a 599 dealer fee that pretty much included everything. No weird switch in the finance department either. The no pressure continues. I bought my first car from a Toyota dealer in tallahassee and would never go back after this experience. Why would I make a big decision even more stressful than it already is? The work was done and the car washed and vacuumed, which was a great help when on the road, and delivered to us with a smile. You see, I still got a handshake, a "thank you," and even had a moment to talk, and not just about when I would be purchasing a vehicle. I'm reacting myself right now. I'm thinking that 10% of dealers can leave a lasting impression on 90% of the people they make contact with. For the other 10% that don't get the same impression, perhaps they should return when the dealer is open. More
