My father and I bought a beautiful car on a Friday and not even 24HR later it was filed to be taken from us. BY FORCE. Brooke (AUDI EMPLOYEE) lost the check for $8500 Friday evening, banks are closed on weekends so I told them after my family events I would come back on Monday to try and sort the problem out and instead of LISTENING to me and UNDERSTANDING that I have a busy life, Audi North Orlando called their xxx of an attorney (who was nothing but an arrogant, rude, and disrespectful person to myself, my boss, and my BF) who had my car picked up at my job! Even when I went with Cash to the dealership to help fix the issue, I was was denied! Our contract was signed and we was given keys! I waited over 20 min at the dealership before ever even leaving....yet their attorney filed charges on me and has refused to make things right. To top it all off even worse, not all of my things was given back to me and I was out of a car for 3 days. I lost time at work, missed 3 tests in classes and my child was left at school and had to be picked up by a family friend who is a police officer until I got home around 1am! I will get another Audi at some point, just not this location. I hope that the complaint I have filled at the Attorney General office, gets them at least a fine! What you did was not right, not ethical, and very unprofessional. So sad to see that coming from such a good product. More

My name is Heather and I am a recent customer. Tornado watches and downpour rain, BAHHH!! Needless to say I was not in the best of moods when my boyfriend suggested we go car shopping while we wait out the storm. I grab a coffee and off we go. Upon arrival we were greeted by your typical 'shinny' well dressed salesman; 'Here we go' I thought to myself. As he introduced himself as Rob, his phone goes off and excuses himself. He always answers his phone for any client and apologized. After 30 seconds Rob returned and we began the typical chat of cars. I wont lie I slightly tuned out for this part, as Chad explained what he was looking for. Rob grabbed two sets of keys and we made our way out into the rain to test drive a few cars. Rob opened my door for me and we popped out onto the highway. I could tell at that moment we weren't leaving without a car. But Rob didn't know that. I waited and waited for the sales pitching to come in, but it never did. We chatted like we were old friends about our previous Florida travels and where the best places were for good food and wine. By the time we got back into the office, I was certain Chad would want to buy the car. But we walked away. Again no sales pitching by Rob, just to call if we had any further questions. We went to a great little German Pub in town Rob recommended and had lunch. As we chatted about our experience and the car, Chad grabbed his phone and called Rob. Since Rob always answers his phone he was pleased to hear Chad on the other line saying he would like to purchase the vehicle. One mini celebration and two glasses of Riesling later, Chad drags me back to the dealership to do ALL the paperwork UGH. In comes Brendan, the finance guy whom we ended up spending a few hours with. Let me tell you I have never met a more sincere duo than Rob and Brendan. Both were a huge help and bent over backwards working numbers and dealing with our crazy system up in Massachusetts. Out of state deals are never easy and Brendan never let on how hard it was. The deal took 5 days!! My vacation was centered on this car but not once did I feel inconvenienced by it. We were given a brand new Audi A6 to drive while we waited for the finance and insurance to go through in MA. As everyone knows when buying a car there are things like GAP and state taxes ex cetera that cost more money and things that take longer than you expect. This was no exception but the ease and attention to detail to get us exactly what we needed was what made this experience the best car experience to date. Most importantly, Chad and I got a car that was right for us. We were not up sold or forced into anything and our experience with Rob and Brendan was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in Florida or even up North. The cars are in better condition, the prices are the lowest and most competitive and it sure made a rainy vacation day in FL enjoyable. Thank You Rob and Brendan and Audi North Orlando!! More
By far the WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY DEALERSHIP. What can I say. i had been a long BMW owner I decided to give Audi a try. I had always been a fan of the A5. I purchased a CPO A5 in Feb. I purchased a CPO A5 in Feb. of this month. 2 months later it was scheduled for service and i decided to have the valet service pick it up to be taken to the dealership for service, not a hard task. the valet came and we did the damage checklist no obvious damage to the car was noted. 3 days later i get my care back and it had a obvious paint scrape along the front bumper. i told the valet person that that was not there before. he called his supervisor and took pictures and video. he then told me that they were aware and that they would take care of it. the next day the service person that was in charge of my case called me and the first thing he did was accuse me of not filing up the loaner car with gas, which i had done 20 minutes prior of it being pick up, I then I had to tell him to cool it with the attitude. he then told me that the damage was not done and audi and they couldn't do anything. he kept increasing the tone of his voice. i then told him to have his manager call me, that didn't happen and i had to call them 3 days later. emails went back and forth until another 3 days later when i got an email from his director saying that the best they cold do was patch of the spot with some patch up paint and that it would be noticeable. sorry but that that's the best they could do, so i asked them if the loaner that they had given had the same damage and i fixed it with the same patch job would they charge me money to repaint the bumper. He said of course. More

This young lady came to my house and helped me not only customize features in the car, but she was patient, understanding and very friendly with helping make sure that all issues were resolved, she even personally delivered brand items that we ordered from the sales shop so we wouldn't have to come into the dealership. Thank you so much Salma for continuing to extend a great customer experience. I absolutely love my Audi A7 and appreciate the spirit of excellence that you have provided with making sure that my Audi A7 provides the best driving experience on Earth! More

She continues to contact me and go the extra mile in making sure my car works just as I expect. At the end of my long visit, I had purchased a wire which I thought I needed. It was not the right one and had to be quickly returned. The cashier was so snippy and rude. It really caught me by surprise. I had just purchased it and she pretty much sneered at me while I was with Salma and told us both in a very rude manner that we should not have opened the package and basically should have known better. I hope to not have to deal with the cashier much and look forward to communicating with the rest of the staff. More

They work with the attitude "We are here to please our customers." Words cannot explain how thankful we were to find a dealership of this quality. Was traveling and took my car to Classic Audi and had to have my intake manifold replaced because it was cracked. 18 months later I took it in to my local Audi dealer and was told that I had a cracked inta have my intake manifold replaced because it was cracked. 18 months later I took it in to my local Audi dealer and was told that I had a cracked intake manifold again, and the bracket that keeps the manifold from vibrating was missing which is what caused is what caused the second cracked in the manifold. Spoke to Simon who offered me $50 and said that there is no way for him to be certain that the missing bracket caused the cracked. Did research and found that a crack manifold is very rare, to have a second crack in less then 18 months is unheard. I would never trust this dealership to work on my car, especially if you have children. Just not worth the risk. More

We purchased a new Q5-TDI and had to have it special ordered due to being too new in the market place. Jesse Ting provided us with an almost weekly update as to where our Q5 stood all the way from being built, to being shipped, to arrival in the States to delivery at the dealership. We never felt that we were being pressured. This was also the only dealership we could find that did not have a cash purchase penalty. Other dealerships would quote us a price, then when they found we were paying cash, the purchase price was changed. Salma Yusuf spent the better part of an afternoon with us acquainting with the features and capabilities of the new Q5 MMI and other options. First class service and support so far. More
