Thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain. The form is actually two forms in one. The section about the odometer, for obvious reasons, does not apply to brand new cars. It only states, as far as the odometer, that we are not responsible for any action taken by prior owners regarding odometer rollbacks. The other section provides an opportunity for you to add any additional promises made by us, to add additional clarity on what warranties are and are not in place and to confirm that any non-English speaking person has been provided the services of a translator if necessary, again protecting the integrity of the buying process, the customer and us. We are sorry that this was not explained more clearly at the time of the transaction. Please let us know if there is anything further we can clarify. Your business is hard-earned and we want to be sure that we earn it every day.
