Amazing Service and Purchase Experience My husband and I were looking for a 2-3 year old Ford Explorer and we had searched high and low and had visited a few dealerships to test drive and lo My husband and I were looking for a 2-3 year old Ford Explorer and we had searched high and low and had visited a few dealerships to test drive and look for what was available in our price range. I had already decided that we should wait a little longer, however my husband really wanted to get me a car that would accommodate our growing family, that is why we were looking at the 7 passenger Ford Explorer. Well, I am happy to say that he was very persistent in his search because he found the perfect one with the perfect mileage and age at the Audi of North Orlando. It was in impeccable condition and for the exact price that we needed. Our trade was taken in at a fair price and the car payment remained exactly where we needed it. What I was impressed with the most was with the quality of service they gave and the care and attention to detail they have. We were even more impressed with their 90 day "return policy" on our vehicle, this is a rare policy with most dealerships, at least the dozens that I know of and have dealt with. Furthermore there was a slight scratch on the hood and a few blemishes from love bugs and the transaction was done with a promise to repaint and correct those blemishes and scratch. I feel that this is over and beyond what great service looks like. A purchase of a used car hardly ever comes with these kind of promises. I already brought it in and the car looks even more fantastic. We are extremely happy with the quality of care and service with Audi and definitely have been raving about the purchase and experience to everyone that I encounter. So nice to know that my husband surprised me with the Explorer after all, and that I have peace of mind with the services that we have received so far and will with our warranty.
