In the past, they have serviced my S5 and was always able to deliver on time with each visit. This is what made our decision easy when we were in the market to purchased our latest vehicle (A7). When I compare the Mercedes Benz Dealership down the street to Audi North Orlando, it is clear who provides the best customer service. Nathalia Mendez was our sales associate and it was a pleasure dealing with her as she had a clear understanding of the features on the vehicle. We were in/out of the dealership within an hour which is not the norm when dealing with other dealerships. More

Service I took my 2009 Audi A4 to this dealership to have the keyless entry reprogramed and my convertible top reset. Their service department could not do e I took my 2009 Audi A4 to this dealership to have the keyless entry reprogramed and my convertible top reset. Their service department could not do either. I was still charged $169.00 and got absolutely nothing for my money, they did nothing. I would not recommend this dealership for any kind of maintenance when they could not even reprogram and keyless remote in over an hour. Enter at your own risk and money. Bad, bad, bad. Mechanic could not give a diagnosis of the problem with ample time. More
