Friendly Dealership but Too Many Games I was approved for Audi financing but my salesman did not have the correct amounts on the buyer's deal. A few thousand dollars down payment turned int I was approved for Audi financing but my salesman did not have the correct amounts on the buyer's deal. A few thousand dollars down payment turned into more down due to the error. I had two trips to this dealer. If my salesman would have had everything correct to begin with, it would have been a lot less hassle. No other options given beside more money on my part. No loyalty for an Audi of America Club member. I went to Mercedes and got a C class. Better deal, less money down, and Mercedes went out of their way to make sure I actually left with a Mercedes. Very disappointed in Audi of North Orlando. I have already referred multiple friends to Mercedes who considered Audi. More

Excellent service I had a low pressure warning reoccur in my tire on my vehicle. So good to know the "warranty" I purchased with the vehicle came in handy with no hassle! Service from there out was excellent and the timing of everything worked out exactly like they said it would. Although I hope not to need such service again anytime soon, I would be confident in returning the vehicle to Audi North Orlando if such a need occurs. More

Wonderful service! While on our way to visit family in Florida the light came on for the second service for my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet. My daughter had bought her new Audi from Audi North Orlando and she suggested we give them a call to get my service done. They got us in the same day, gave us a clean loaner and had the car ready the next morning. The whole experience was wonderful -- from being greeting immediately to the service writer's attention to detail and having the work done quickly and professionally! Oh, and my car was shining clean inside and out when we picked it up. 1,200 miles is a little far to drive for service or else I would make sure to always have my car serviced here. My dealer in NY could learn from Audi North Orlando! More
