Audi North Orlando responded

It is not often we ask a guest not to come back to our dealership but it does happen when our staff is demeaned, spoken down to and treated poorly. In this case we did need a second time to correct a trim piece concern but we made arrangements to pick up the vehicle to limit the customers inconvenience, left alternate transportation while we made the repair and did get it repaired for the customer. We were very responsive to all of the emails and negative comments all the way through until the guest asked for free stuff to make him happy. Our GM, Shaun explained we have been accommodating beyond what most dealers would do and that if he felt the product had poor craftsmanship he could talk with Audi USA about goodwill items but the dealership had done everything we could including repairing the concern. It wasn’t until a phone conversation were our GM was subject to expletives being screamed at him that were considered threatening did we ask the customer to take his business elsewhere. We are a very reasonable family owned operation and expect respect and decent compromise in these situations. We hope that everyone would give us the opportunity to prove we are well above the standard of premium dealerships.
