My Audi Specialist is Brandon Cooksey. Brandon helped me in 2019 with my first Audi which was a leased A4. He reached out to me 2 months in advance with my options on the lease and invited me to come test drive the new 2022 Q5. After test driving the Q5, I decided right away I loved it! Brandin took care of turning in my A4 and got me into this beautiful Q5! Brandon Is very professional and well knowledgeable on all the Audi vehicles. He and Riggo completed all the paperwork in less than an hour. Ask for Brandon Cooksey at Audi North Orlando and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Brandon and Riggo for keeping me in the Audi North Orlando Family!! Sharon C Lake Mary, F More
Mark Giles the salesman was very rude. Made remarks under his breath that we were irritating him. Don’t bother with this dealership. We went in last Saturday and we’re in the process of buying a car. We agreed to buy the car and was working on financing when they informed us someone else bought t Saturday and we’re in the process of buying a car. We agreed to buy the car and was working on financing when they informed us someone else bought the car. They wasted our whole afternoon, treated us like we didn’t matter and they didn’t care, and when they had someone else come along that paid them $2000 more for the car they took it. Completely disgraceful to treat people this way. Run from this dealer as fast as you can. They don’t care about the customer. More
After leaving three messages in the service department, requesting service records, no return call. Finally visited and asked service manager and he did not have an explanation. We owned a saab, porsche, requesting service records, no return call. Finally visited and asked service manager and he did not have an explanation. We owned a saab, porsche, volvo and audi, with Audi North unquestionably the best at finding unwarranted repairs and embellishing the need for repair. I wouldn't trust their service department, especially after warranty expires. More
Had a dead battery on Saturday, I took a chance and got my car to the Audi North service area. Dave Hudson ( service advisor) worked with me as I did not have a appointment. He was super friendly, very pro my car to the Audi North service area. Dave Hudson ( service advisor) worked with me as I did not have a appointment. He was super friendly, very professional and was able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. Honestly the last time I was there the previous service advisor was lack luster at best hence he is no longer there. Great job y’all !!!! More
It’s pretty sad when a dealer only treats you with respect when ur purchasing a 90,000 dollar car! Sadly after the sale was done their attitude changed when the car had a major issue driving home f respect when ur purchasing a 90,000 dollar car! Sadly after the sale was done their attitude changed when the car had a major issue driving home from the dealer!!!! They picked it up with attitude because I live far away and fixed without providing me a detailed service invoice like they where tryin to cover something up they did! Got the car back after the fix, but while it was there I asked for them to look over and fix the window tint they did on the car… I was texted car tint was repaired and car was shipped back. I show them tint wasn’t fixed and still the same now I’m being ignored by the salesman and new car manager which is great after I thought I spent my money at the right Audi dealer! BUT I WAS WRONG SERVICE AFTER SALE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!! I wanted to return the car after the supposed fix but was treated like I don’t know how engines work LOL I bet if I didn’t live far away and could show up at the dealer I’d be treated differently Just wanted to warn people they are nice during the sale but after good luck :/ Don’t worry I’m sure I’ll get a new car review from Audi about the dealership and that will have the same info on it !!!!y More
Took my S5 in because I felt a vibration consistent with an alignment issue. Several hours later the tech informed me that they thought it was the tires. I agreed to put the two new ones on that he recommen an alignment issue. Several hours later the tech informed me that they thought it was the tires. I agreed to put the two new ones on that he recommended, because I misguidedly trusted him. Several more hours later I finally left. The vibration was not fixed and upon reaching my house I looked at the “new” tires further. I was charged for new tires and these were obviously used. My suspicions were confirmed later when I took the car in for a regular oil change somewhere else and they informed me that all 4s were at their half life. Also out of the 3 times I had that car into Audi north Orlando not once did I receive the video of their tech going through the car. I took it to another Audi dealership and first time I got the video. I would ship my car all the way back to Germany before I let these crooked weasels sniff around it again. More

Currently I own a vehicle, a INFINITI q70L 2015 and i was looking to trade it in for an Audi A8. I was always fascinated by German cars as I was told they were built like a tank. I began to do a search and l looking to trade it in for an Audi A8. I was always fascinated by German cars as I was told they were built like a tank. I began to do a search and landed at north Orlando Audi, and I began communicating with Brandon Cooksey in November of 2020. From the get go I explained that I was blind, but knew a lot about buying cars. I also informed him that in order for me to get there, I have to hire a paid driver to take me. He seemed to understand, and told me, when I was ready I could make an appointment and come in. Fast forward to March 2021, I finally gave him a call after several emails and asked if I could come in. He told me that the time I wanted to come in, he was busy but his colleague Mark could assist me. when I went in I explained my situation, and I explained that I would be riding in the back seat, and I want to be able to access the features on the touch pad via voice control in the back seat. When he took us to the vehicle, the tablet was not syncing, which made it impossible for me to test the voice control function. Mark assured me, if I wanted to buy that particular car, he would make sure the problem would be fixed. He did explain that all vehicles go through a vigorous inspection. We then walked into the showroom and crunched numbers. Mark explained to me the trade in value of my INFINITI and the MSRP for the Audi A8. I told him i was uninterested, because I wanted a v 8 engine, and the backseat did not have a massage function, after this Mark told me that I could always have my car built custom. I told him i would think about it and continue to work with Brandon. I told him I was not in any rush as my current vehicle is in good shape. Brandon told me he tested one of the A8s via email on April 10th, 2021, and that using voice assist that I could control all the features from the backseat without needing to interact with the tablet. He requested I come in and test it myself. Finally I made another appointment Tuesday, April 13, 2021 and he told me he would be available to assist me at 3:45 in the afternoon. Luckily my driver was available, so off we went. However to my disappointment, when I got there, we were informed that Brandon was closing a deal on a walk in with no appointment. Mark was assigned to assist me once again. At this point I demanded that I needed to see Brandon, as I had had problems with the testing the vehicle with mark previously. Mark greeted us warmly and led us to an A8, however we had the exact same issue as before. Mark went to the control panel in the front seat and told me to say "Hey Audi," after many tries it did not work, then Mark asked his colleague to bring over another A8. When we got into this vehicle, the tablet did work, but the battery was low. After a number of tries the voice control did work but only for the front seat passengers. At this point I demanded for Mark to bring out Brandon, and I was told he was not available. Someone told us to wait 10 minutes, and we told him that 10 minutes of our time was not worth it and further told him I was was wasting money by coming in twice. Brandon came running out as I was getting into the car, and I was not in the mood to talk to him. My driver explained the situation, Brandon apologized and explained to my driver the voice controls only works in the front seat. In my email I had specifically asked if it was functional in the back seat, and he responded in the affirmative. My driver also told me Brandon promised to give me a call, but I probably will not be going back there. If you are an individual with some sort of disability and require answers about particular vehicles before going in, this dealership is not for you. As a blind person I felt that I had been jerked around by this dealership and that Brandon was not straightforward. If you must buy a German car from this dealership, I urge you not to speak to Brandon, as he is not helpful to people with disabilities. Even Mark, who was much nicer, did not know much about the vehicle functions. I feel that if you are selling a high priced car, you should be on top of your business. I will not be doing business with them. More
