Dear Mr. Mackenstein, we reviewed your history and found that nearly a year ago you had us install two new tires. There are several variables that can reduce tread life on tires like miles driven and the driver’s habits are two of the largest but also consistent tire rotations every 5k miles is an important thing to do to get longer tread life. From our records it seems you are driving roughly 16,000 miles annually and the tires we installed have an estimated lifespan of 28-32K so if you haven’t been consistently rotating the tires it makes sense that the thread depths are at 4/32 or roughly half the life remaining. Subsequently, we were able to access the videos we sent on 9/28/2020 as well as the service 3/3/2020 so we are unsure why you state we never sent them. Hello and thank you for the review. We have looked into the concern around your radio and are sorry to hear your disappointment. The vehicle inspected has various modules that are all linked to your radio/MMI, unfortunately, there is no clear indicator which of those modules are bad until they are replaced. The 5F module is the main module and an educated guess was presented to you as a starting point. After this did not repair the concern we explained we would need to replace more modules one by one to repair the concern however, that cost could potentially exceed the value of the car. Our General manager will be in contact with you to discuss the concern in more detail.
