After a perfect purchase experience, I had a problem with my Q5, so I called the Sales associate who connected me to the GM, and then he to the Service Manager, who had me bring the vehicle in right away. They sold me a car with rotors with heat cracks and bad pads. The service guy told me about the catalytic converter taken out. Not the sales guy. Spend 1500 to re-install.
