Audi North processed my credit card $150. 00 extra than our Audi demand agreement for an Audi car rental. Have called 4 times today 4/18 to Corporate Audi on demand with no response. Called Audi North today 4/18, left message for Pierre again, called Audi on demand corporate on 4/17, on hold for 25 minutes to be notified the staff was in meeting remainder of the day. Returned call today 4/18 to Audi corporate, after 25 minutes explaining our situation following on hold for 35 minutes, the Audi corporate staff notified us we had wrong department again. Scammed on Audi 7-day rental earned when purchased 1 of 2 Audi's. Audi dealer charged my credit card without our permission. First, they stated the extra $150.00 was a fuel charge, then an extra day rental none of the above to be true. Dealership who handled the rental agreement then forwarded me to the district manager Pierre, called him twice no return call. Have about 3 hours in with no satisfaction, looking for a total refund and another 7-day rental. More
