Blanca introduce herself to my daughter and I and she was super pleasant. Blanca was super attentive and explain everything throughly to my daughter and I. My daughter was very nervous since it was her first car purchase but Blanca answer all her questions in a professional way. She let test drive the Audi Q5 and my daughter fell in love with it. When we met with Charles he was also very pleasant and explain the finance part throughly. He also has good music taste playing Fleetwood Mac.
