This dealer has a poor follow up service. Worst Audi Service Department I've ever dealt with! They had my wife's car for a total of six months and after spending $4k dollars gave us back a car that isn't even driveable and they flat out refus They had my wife's car for a total of six months and after spending $4k dollars gave us back a car that isn't even driveable and they flat out refused to even look at the car again! Their technicians are all parts changers and have no idea how to actually fix a vehicle but the dealership has no problem charging customers anyways even though they don't fix the vehicle! We took the car to them to replace a wiring harness and they returned the car to us with a broken power steering line and a broken coolant line that their technician broke. They told us the car was good to go and it broke down before we even made it home. They then had it towed back to the dealership and said we needed to pay for fixing what their technician broke. So we did and after they had the car for another two months they again told us the car was good to go and again it broke down on the way home. When I called and told them they said they would schedule a tow but then never did and instead refused to look at the car again and stopped answering my calls. Do no trust thier service department! They are rude, shaddy, inexperienced, and have zero level of customer service. They could care less about if they actually fix your vehicle or not they just want your money! More
