I have never received such impeccable service as I did with Luis Pagani ! He was extremely attentive to all my needs and had made sure to contact me about everything that was going on with my car. Yelson has always been very responsive and continues to be so. After being stuck at a gas station only a few blocks from Audi, and being told by roadside assistance that they would be there anywhere from be so. In a matter of five minutes or so, two gentlemen from the service department arrived. When I arrived at Audi, a loaner was waiting for me. After the repair was complete, they kept the car a few days longer to be sure the problem was solved. Yelson always follows through. This is as good as it gets. More

The center was very effective and helpfull in making my service expereince as nice and smooth as possible. The only recommendations I would like to make is to add additional Audi models and more Audis to t service expereince as nice and smooth as possible. The only recommendations I would like to make is to add additional Audi models and more Audis to the freight of LOANERS. Initially I had to change my appointment, because since the loaners is first come, first serve if you get there at 9am, 1hr after the center opens, we will be directed to a rental, which is a much less car that we are accoustumed to driving. Lexus down the street, send drivers to your location to drop off a loaner and pick up the car in need of service, all I needed to do was to call and arrange a pick up. This was an amazing benefit and service, that I think Audi could start thinking in offering! More
