My service professional was Kerlym Rodríguez and I give him 5 stars! He was professional, courteous, constantly gave me updates, provided a Lyft to get back home while my car was being serviced. Unfortunately when I went to the parts department to inquire about a kayak carrier the person at the desk by the name of Omar was not wearing a mask the entire time we interacted. He never made eye contact, was rude and dismissive. I gave him my number and he never called me back. Today, I called to speak to the Parts manager, Albert. I left him a message to tell him about my unpleasant experience. He never returned my call. Because of this experience, II am rating the experience a three stars. I would like to reiterate, Mr. Rodríguez was amazing. More
