Great Experience and Easy Transaction Charles and Leo were both great! I bought the car sight-unseen on Friday evening around 5:00pm. It was my first time buying a car so I had tons of que Charles and Leo were both great! I bought the car sight-unseen on Friday evening around 5:00pm. It was my first time buying a car so I had tons of questions, Charles and Leo answered all of them for me as well as sending me a video of the car since the pictures were not ready yet. I decided around 12:30am that I was going to fly from Charlotte to Miami to pick up the car in person rather than having it shipped, and my flight would arrive that same day at 3:30pm. I texted Charles at 12:30am on a Saturday to see if the car would be ready and he responded immediately and assured me that the car would be detailed and ready for pick up when I arrived. Upon arriving, Charles greeted me with a bottle of water and we went to look and drive the car to make sure everything was perfect before I took it home. Leo then went over all documents with me and explained any questions I had. We had a slight hiccup on my end because my insurance agent was late on getting me something we needed, but Leo talked me through that and get everything set up for me. Leo had my temporary tag ready for me and all registration for North Carolina set up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! Both Leo and Charles were top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys and I love the car! More
