I would them zero stars if I could! I brought my S8 in as my Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. They told me it was the camera in the mirror/windshield, and it would cost me $18 I brought my S8 in as my Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. They told me it was the camera in the mirror/windshield, and it would cost me $1847.68 to prepay up front for them to place an order with Audi Germany to get the part. It has been 7 weeks since the order, and I was NEVER given updates on the part or its whereabouts even until today. I finally email my service tech Stuart Benson and copied the GM Andre Young about this and kindly ask them for a refund and thank you for wasting 7 weeks of my time. Well I got the refund at least going to my card (Don't have it yet). Well they at least got that right, but the service and communication was awful, something I would not expect from a high end dealership. More

I'm disappointed that my Audi still has brake noise issues despite this being my second new car from the dealership. I'm well aware of abnormal brake sounds, especially in a brand-new vehicle. Despite raising my concerns, I was told that nothing was wrong. However, I believe the diagnostic was not done properly. Even with the car under warranty, very sharp and loud brake noise is still present, and it sounds like I'm driving a beat-up truck. Whether I'm parking on an incline or simply pressing the brake, the noise is very noticeable. This experience has left me questioning the quality of service and attention to detail at this dealership. More
