I came into the dealership at Nalley Audi in Roswell, GA initially looking for an address of another dealership on Alpharetta Hgwy. I immediately met Clive. Although Clive was working on a transaction, he w initially looking for an address of another dealership on Alpharetta Hgwy. I immediately met Clive. Although Clive was working on a transaction, he was patient and took the time to direct me to the address I was looking for. Clive took an extra step with inquiring about the type of car I wanted as well as my budget. Clive's friendly and patient personality was warm and inviting. So much that I sat at his desk and reviewed a few cars available within my budget. I saw a car that I was interested in and Clive quickly got the keys for a test drive. As we were about to take the car for a test drive, Clive had to excuse himself and turned me over to Matt Frier. Matt hopped in the car and we began test driving the vehicle. After the test drive and some number crunching, I decided that the car was a little over my budget. I was a little disappointed but Matt found a solution! He decided to make a few calls and check the inventory to find a car that was within my budget. This story took some turns and hurdles that Matt nor myself probably want to relive however, Matt handled every hurdle with the utmost professionalism and patience. Constantly ensuring me and thinking out of the box to overcome these unforeseeable challenges. Driven in his natural ability to problem solve and exquisite customer service. Matt even went above my expectations by personally washing my car because the detailers had already left for the evening. I am the proud new owner of one of the most amazing pre-owned vehicles. I live close to 500 miles away. I came to Nally Audi in Roswell, GA and left with a great car sold to me by a true professional, honest and overall great person! Thank you MATT FRIER!!!! Document fee a little steep, but most dealers in the state are similar. Finance rate was a half point higher than ideal, but otherwise no other last minute hidden fees or charges. The whole buying process was relatively quick. No back and forth or being handed off to different sales people or managers. I don't have other Audi dealer experience to compare against, but I can't think of anything to complain about. I'd refer people to Nalley (and Greg in particular) to work with on a new or used car purchase. More

I made a follow up call on an internet auction for a used car. Mr. Blalock was defensive and short on the phone, just on the edge of rude. I don't feel that he wanted to encourage me to buy the car in question, or even deal with this dealership. I don't know why, other than I try to be an educated consumer and know the market esp. if it's a large purchase. The above is a lot to assume from a 3 minute phone call, but frankly, if a salesman doesn't at least act pleasant and encouraging, and is having some kind of bad day, month, or lifetime, whatever -- that is how they are representing their dealership, with a direct lack of respect to an interested consumer. I had the same kind of experience at Audi in Duluth, where the salesman failed to come up with a price for a used Audi after running back inside 4 times to get the keys, the price, etc. He wound up demanding that we give his card back to him! What is it with Audi salesmen and dealerships? I have no axe to grind, just honest reports of my anecdotal experiences.... /ts More
I leased a 2010 Audi A4 from Nalley Audi and had my best car buying experience ever. I worked with Dominic Dorn (General Sales Manager) and Greg Savitt (Audi Brand Specialist). Both Dominic and Greg were a pleasure to work with and treated me extremely well. They understand that an Audi buyer is an upscale customer, and they treat you as such. Dominic patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything even though I'm sure he was probably tired of me. By my count, he and I exchanged over 60 emails in the span of two weeks! But he definitely earned my business which I'm sure will not be for just one car. Greg was terrific as well. I don't think I have ever met a brand specialist as knowledgeable as he. The man knows the A4 inside and out and quite frankly it was his explanation of the features of the car that sold me on the premium plus versus the premium. Finally, his post sales orientation and tour of my new car was very informative and helpful (he spent over an hour showing me how to program the various features of the MMI system alone). I've never had such a great experience (usually I'm handed the keys and told thank you) when taking delivery of the car. This, by far, has been the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car and I can assure you that you've earned a repeat customer even though I work two miles down the road from another Audi dealer. The extra drive is worth it to me from both a buying and car servicing point of view. There's just no comparison and I will be glad to refer my friends and family to this dealership. More
