Matt was referred to us by my wife's hairdresser, who he recently helped purchase a BMW. After test driving it I felt it was a bit too small inside for my taste so Matt started telling us about the Audi A4 and how it was slightly larger than the 3 series. He didn't have any used ones on the lot that day, but within 2 or 3 days he called us to tell us he just took in a 2009 as a trade in. They had not even had a chance to certify it or detail it yet but he was so impressed by the condition of the car that he called us immediately, knowing we would love it. The car had one owner and was very well cared for. The next day we went over to drive it and had no doubt it was the car for us. After it got inspected they gave us the price and thought it was very fair for it's excellent condition. Before this experience we had never considered buying an Audi and didn't know much about them. Now we may be Audi owners for life. It's a great car, a great dealer, and Matt's knowledge and laid back demeanor helped make this the most comfortable car buying experience we've had to date. More
