What a freaking nightmare. I bought a used Porsche (highest customer satisfaction rating of all cars) and have had the worst customer service experience at Audi North Atlanta. While I love my car, I would have preferred waiting and buying another one elsewhere. Dealer gave me a fix-it promise on the car and then later tried to back out of it saying that they thought that it would cost $500 or less. After the cost was estimated higher, they said that at most they would go is $1,000 and that they would only do so if it was a 50-50 split of the expense. How do you say, "half - truth"? No. When you call and the receptionist says that the manager is in with clients and then the manager claims that he was on vacation who do you trust? When it comes to fulfilling promises, they drop the ball 100% of the time. They are great for the honeymoon, but if you are looking for a relationship they are the wrong dealer to do business with. With all of their mistakes, delays and mis-truths they didn't see the need to apologize. They all make excuses, but we all know about those (...everyone has one). Maybe someone there will read this feedback and recognize that their customer service fails to meet a luxury standard. More
So I will honest, I almost did not order my car from this dealership. I had visited them in the past and felt I was not taken seriously or there was a lack of follow up. I have to say that the sales person you deal with makes or breaks a dealership and this time I had the pleasure of having Martin Poston as my sales person. I am a bit of a procrastinator so it took a few visits and drives to get through the process, but between Martin and Greg they were the perfect tag team. Both Martin and Greg were extremely thorough in covering every aspect of the car. Martin was out of the dealership for a week and was excellent in following up and checking in even when not at the dealership. Greg also was extremely knowledgable and eager to help. As part of my decision process I wanted chat with the service manager, after all you deal with service far more than sales. Well Martin had the service manager, Matt, call me and that is what sealed the deal. First for the service manager to take time from his busy day to call a potential customer vs. just dropping me a few sentence email, as all their competitors did, was impressive. He also spent time talking to me and not just giving me canned answers. Matt convinced me that his approach to to service is what I wanted. He operates like a boutique provider focused on the person to person relationship. There is a reason why there are an over whelming number of positive reviews for those dealership. Their initial offer on the car was not in line with the competition or my expectations, but after a few rounds of negotiations we got where we needed to be and thus a deposit was left to order me a 2014 A6. Not all the sales people at this dealership are as good as Martin or Greg, so if you want top notch sales person, insist on Martin or Greg. More
My husband and I went to several Audi car dealerships (Jim Ellis (both locations) and Audi Gwinnett) before finding Audi North Atlanta. Our salesmans name is Mike Sandborn (the best). We also worked with Matt the manager (Outstanding as well). We negotiated hard. But what impressed me the most was that they actually listened and worked with us to get everything we wanted at a GREAT price - Better than any offers that I received from the other dealerships. I respect them as great salesmen but also people who take their customers seriously and don t waste their time. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great car to give them a chance...you will not be sorry. Trust me! I am a very hard to please person (or at least that s what I ve been told). I have high regards for their professionalism and personable approach - not just out to make a sale but to make your experience at Audi North Atlanta a great one. I am very pleased with my 2013 Audi Q5. I will definitely return!!! Just like their motto ----they have a customer for life. Thanks Mike and Matt More

Audi north Atlanta can not be trusted. I Live out of state and saw that the dealership had a car for sale that I was interested in. I contacted the dealership on a Friday and talked to them about settin state and saw that the dealership had a car for sale that I was interested in. I contacted the dealership on a Friday and talked to them about setting up a test drive for that Sunday. I confirmed with one of their sales agents that the car was still available. I asked him specifically what was needed to make sure that the car would still be there on Sunday when I was able to come for a test drive and to purchase the vehicle. He told me specifically that a deposit was not required and that if there was any interest on the car he would let me know. At this point I thought that the idea of not needing a deposit to keep a car held sounded crazy, however, I thought this dealership surely are people of their word and can be trusted. Over the next two days I was contacted by Audi North Atlanta 8 times to confirm the test drive on Sunday. This was absurd, why did they feel they needed to call 8 times, however, each time I confirmed that the car was still available and each time I was told that the car was still available. On Sunday I called the dealership again before driving from out of state with my wife and young son. Again they confirmed that the car was still available and that they were looking forward to the scheduled test drive. My wife, son, and I drove to the dealership and started to look at the car. Everything was going good with the inspection when the sales agent went to go get the keys. He came back 10 minutes later and told me that the car had been sold already on FRIDAY MORNING prior to me calling the first time. As can be expected I was furious, I had spoken to them a total of 10 times in the past two days about the car being available. The manager at the time was very apologetic and asked what he could do to resolve the situation. I told him pure and simple find me a similar car In a similar price range. He informed me that he had many contacts at other dealerships and many resources that he could check. He took down my information and he specifically asked me to allow him time to find another car and resolve the situation. He finally told me that he would be checking in with me weekly with how his search was going. After 10 days passed I had not heard from the manager. At this time I decided I would call him and check on what was going on with the search. I was unable to reach him but left a voicemail on his phone asking to return my call. A week later I still had not heard from him so I called back again, same scenario no answer and voicemail on his phone. Two days later a sales associate called me and told me that the manager was looking but had found nothing. I asked to speak with him the manager and was informed that he could not talk to me at this time. Again a period of time passed and I had to call him back. this time I did not even get a return phone call just an email saying we are still looking. I allowed another 2 weeks to pass without contact and called the dealership asking for the manager. FINALLY, he picked up. He informed me that in the past two months he had not only found one other similar car that was not in the same price range. I could immediately tell that he had not been looking and was not planning on it. I spoke with the store general manager and she was able to find 3 cars within 10 minutes. I was able to find 11 in the same time frame. She had no further plan. This dealership can not be trusted and does not adhere to normal business practices. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership STOP and run away. More
This is a very professional, educated and customer service oriented dealership. Very easy to work and negotiate with. There was no pressure, they were hugely informative and willing to go more than half-way when negotiating a few minor issues that came up on a third-party pre-purchase inspection of the car I ultimate bought from them. A true executive-class experience. After having worked with them through this purchase, I would have no hesitation what so ever recommending them to my friends and neighbors and hope to purchase my next car (hopefully a new Audi) from them. The best dealership experience I've had in years. BTW, Joe is a great Jazz aficionado, so if you love Jazz and you love cars and want a down to earth, straight-up, classy dealership experience he's your guy. More
